摘　　要：斯那姆氨汽提工艺尿素合成塔运行多年后,塔体上部三个衬里筒节腐蚀严重,经检测,衬里最小壁厚值与计算厚度值相近。因此,必须对减薄衬里进行更换才能保证设备安全。针对旧衬里拆除,新衬里更换技术、组焊、检验检测等关键点的质量控制进行了论述和总结。After the urea synthesis tower of SNAM ammonia stripping process has been operated for many years,the three lining barrel joints on the upper part of the tower are seriously corroded.The minimum wall thickness of the lining is close to the calculated thickness through detection.Therefore,the thinned lining must be replaced to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.This paper discusses and summarizes the quality control of key points such as old lining removal,new lining replacement technology,assembly and welding,inspection and detection.
