摘　　要：简要介绍了壳牌气化炉烧嘴罩的结构和作用,阐述了烧嘴罩更换方法的改进和采取的有效措施,对烧嘴罩现场修理的工序进行了重点控制,保证了修理的质量,也缩短了修理工期,并取得了良好的效果。This paper briefly introduces the structure and function of the Shell Gasifier burner cover system,expounds the improvement of the burner cover system replacement method and the effective measures taken,focuses on the process quality control of the damaged burner cover in the field repair process,ensures the repair quality,shortens the repair period,and achieves good results.
