摘  要:基于国际民航组织和欧洲航空安全委员会关于直升机和垂直起降航空器的飞行程序设计标准以及传统民航飞行程序设计,对城区物流无人机垂直起降程序进行了设计。将垂直起降航空器的垂直起降程序分为6个程序模块。在起始进近、中间进近和最后进近程序中,对航段划分、超障要求和衔接形式等标准进行了总结;在紧急备降程序中根据进近阶段提出了多个紧急备降程序。选取航空器完成进离场时间为评价指标,基于不同的进场流量和管制限制情况,对设计的飞行程序进行了评估,结果表明在中低流量和低限流情况下该飞行程序具有较好稳定性。Based on the flight procedure design standards of helicopters,vertical take-off and landing aircraft of International civil aviation organization(ICAO)and European aviation safety committee,and the traditional civil aviation flight procedure design,the vertical take-off and landing procedure for logistics unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)in urban areas is designed.The vertical take-off and landing(VTOL)procedure of VTOL aircraft is divided into six procedure modules.In the initial,intermediate and final approach procedures,the standards such as segment division,obstacle clearance requirements and connection form are summarized.In the emergency alternate procedure,several emergency alternate procedures are proposed according to the approach stage.Finally,the time of the aircraft to complete the arrival and departure is selected as the evaluation index,and the designed flight procedure is evaluated based on different arrival flow and control restrictions.Result shows that the flight procedure has good stability under the conditions of medium and low flow and low limit flow.
