摘  要:海洋机器人是船舶与海洋工程学科为适应新时代船舶工业高质量发展需求而成立的一门新专业。近年来哈尔滨工程大学海洋机器人专业取得了一系列推动船舶工业双循环新发展格局建设的教学改革与实践成果。首先,通过对船舶与海洋工程学科教学现状的分析发现了海洋机器人领域人才培养中存在的不利于双循环新发展格局构建的若干问题;其次,为解决这些问题,哈尔滨工程大学依托水下机器人技术国防科技重点实验室开创性地创立了海洋机器人专业,对其教学改革内容与实践过程进行了分析;最后,针对海洋机器人专业的教学改革进行了成效分析。结果表明,教改措施有效解决了船舶与海洋工程学科存在的不利于船舶工业构建双循环新发展格局的人才培养问题。Marine Robotics is a new major which is based on the discipline of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering(NAOE) and aims to adapt to the high-quality development demands of shipbuilding industry in the new era.The recent achievements of teaching reform exploration and practice of Marine Robotics in Harbin Engineering University,which are beneficial to the dual circulation new development pattern in shipbuilding industry,are introduced.Firstly,the teaching status of NAOE is analyzed,the problems of talent cultivation which are negative for the dual circulation new development pattern are found.Secondly,the teaching reform exploration and practice of Marine Robotics established by the Science and Technology on Underwater Vehicle Laboratory of Harbin Engineering University to solve the existing problems are analyzed.Finally,the effectiveness of the teaching reform of Marine Robotics is analyzed.The results show that the issues of NAOE,which are negative for the dual circulation new development pattern in shipbuilding industry,are solved effectively.
