摘　　要：随着电子商务的持续发展,对电子商务专业人才的需求也日益增多。以目前高校电子商务专业人才培养为研究目标,结合目前电子商务的发展状况,分析其教学过程中存在的问题,从课程体系改革、教学理念转变、教学导向和师资建设等角度对电子商务专业的人才培养模式进行探索。分析在当前“大众创业、万众创新”的环境下,高校如何以创新创业为导向,开展电商人才培养模式。结合相关实践经验,提出相应对策,探寻高校电商专业人才培养的新模式。With the rise of development of E-commerce in China,the demand for E-commerce professionals is also increasing.However,due to various reasons,the training of E-commerce professionals does not match the actual demand.This paper takes the training of E-commerce professionals in colleges and universities as the research goal,combined with the current development of E-commerce,analyzes the problems existing in its teaching process,and explores the talent training mode of E-commerce majors from the perspectives of curriculum system reform,teaching concept transformation,teaching guidance and teacher construction.This paper analyzes how colleges and universities carry out E-commerce talent training mode under the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship under the current environment of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,puts forward corresponding countermeasures in combination with relevant practical experience,and explores a new mode of E-commerce talent training in colleges and universities.
