摘  要:为满足某小型发动机地面进气畸变测试要求,设计了一种在一定范围内畸变值能够连续可调的总压畸变模拟装置,并利用计算流体力学(CFD)技术对其进行了不同设计方案和设计参数的流场模拟,通过数值模拟确定了扇形板、整流格栅的几何结构参数与测量截面位置。进行了模型的地面抽吸实验,校验了测量截面上的总压畸变图谱与畸变指数。结果表明,实验结果与仿真结果一致性好,实现了不停机情况下总压畸变值连续可变且总压畸变值变化范围较广的目标,产生的流场和畸变参数满足某型发动机试验的要求。In order to meet the requirements of a certain type of inlet/engine matching test and improve the test efficiency,a total pressure distortion simulator that distortion value can be continuously adjusted within a certain range is designed in this paper;then it is simulated by the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)technology,and the structural parameters of the sector plate and the rectifying grid and the position of the AIP section are determined.The air blowing experiment for the model is also carried out to verify the distortion map and distortion index on the AIP section.The results show that the experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results;the total pressure distortion value is continuously variable and has wide range of variation without stopping the machine.The resulted flow field and distortion parameters can meet the requirements of a certain engine test.
