摘 要:径向跳动是整体硬质合金直柄立铣刀的关键参数之一,其值直接影响工件的加工精度、表面质量和加工效率。首先理论分析圆棒夹持时的径向跳动对加工成立铣刀后径向跳动的影响,同时列出了三种圆棒的夹持结构并分析各自夹持方式的特点,然后在工具磨床上检测10组圆棒夹持时和加工成立铣刀后的径向跳动数据,检测三种夹持结构上夹持的30组圆棒的径向跳动数据,最后进行数据分析对比,论证理论分析的正确性。结果表明,圆棒夹持时的径向跳动与加工成立铣刀后的径向跳动呈正相关关系,在三种夹持结构中,含有调节机构和支撑机构的这种夹持结构,圆棒夹持时的平均径向跳动值最低,数据波动最小,适合用于批量稳定生产刀刃径向跳动值小、公差值小的高精度整体硬质合金直柄立铣刀。The radial runout,which is one of the key parameters of solid hardmetal end mills with parallel shank,affects the machining accuracy,surface quality and machining efficiency of the workpiece directly.In this paper,influences of the radial runout of the clamped round bar on the radial runout of end mills are analyzed.Firstly,the characteristics of three kinds of clamping structures for round bars are analyzed;secondly,the radial runout data of the round bar clamped and the machined end milling cutter is detected for ten times;thirdly,30 sets of the radial runout data of round bars clamped on three clamping structures are detected;finally,the data analysis and comparison are carried out to demonstrate the correctness of the foregoing theoretical analysis.The results show that the radial runout of the clamped round bar is positively correlated with that of the machined end milling cutter;among the three clamping structures,the clamping structure including adjustment mechanism and support mechanism has the lowest average radial runout value of the round bar and the lowest data fluctuation,which is suitable for mass and stable production of high-precision solid hardmetal end mills with parallel shank with small radial runout value and small tolerance value.
