摘　　要：双绞车石油钻机是在钻机上配套两台绞车,两台绞车分别驱动钻井钢丝绳的两端,实现大钩载荷的升降,当钢丝绳达到规定的工作量时,需要将钻井钢丝绳进行整根更换。目前对于常规单绞车钻机,理论研究与应用已非常成熟。对于双绞车钻机,尚未发现有针对钻井钢丝绳寿命评价、换绳及滑绳操作的相关研究成果。以钢丝绳通过滑轮而导致弯折疲劳损伤为基础,研究双绞车石油钻机钻井钢丝绳损伤分布规律,针对双绞车钻井钢丝绳由于某些位置的过度损伤而造成整根钢丝绳报废问题,提出一种可延长钻井钢丝绳使用寿命的双绞车滑绳方案,同时提出在具体应用时的换绳、滑绳以及游车高度校准操作方案,为双绞车石油钻机在国内的具体应用提供理论支撑。The dual drawworks drilling rig is equipped with two drawworks,each drawwork drives one end of the drill-line to hoist or lower the hookload.When the drill-line reaches the rated amount workload,the entire drill-line needs to be replaced.At present,the theoretical research and application of conventional single winch drilling rig are very mature.For the double winch drilling rig,there are no relevant research results on the life evaluation of drill-line,drill-line changing and drill-line sliding operation.Based on the bending fatigue damage caused by the drill-line passing through a sheave,the damage distribution law of drill-line of the dual drawworks oil drilling rig is studied in this paper.In view of the scrapping problem of the whole wire rope due to excessive damage in some positions,a sliding rope scheme that can extend the service life of the drill-line is proposed;meanwhile,operation schemes in specific application of the drill-line changing,slipping,and height calibration of the traveling block are put forward.It provides theoretical support for the specific application of double winch oil drilling rig in China.
