摘　　要：目的 :了解上海市社区康复中心建设现状,为改善社区康复体系的建设与管理提供依据。方法 :于2021年9—10月期间采用目的抽样方法选取上海市4家三级医疗机构康复专家,上海市中心城区及郊区的16家社区卫生服务中心康复医师、康复治疗师和管理者作为访谈对象,采用集中访谈法进行访谈,采用定性分析方法对访谈资料进行分类整理和分析。结果 :对访谈资料进行整理分析后,共提炼出5个主题,分别为社区康复专业人员应具备技能、提升康复服务能力的形式与途径、社区康复未来发展方向、社区康复中心建设存在问题和社区康复中心发展对策。结论 :社区卫生服务中心应通过提升康复服务能力与科研能力、加强康复人才队伍建设和丰富社区康复中心服务内涵等措施有效提升上海市社区康复中心建设质量。Objective: To understand the current situation of the construction of community rehabilitation centers in Shanghai, and to provide the basis for improving the construction and management of the community rehabilitation system.Methods: During September-October 2021, the purposeful sampling method was used to select rehabilitation experts from 4 tertiary medical institutions in Shanghai, and rehabilitation physicians, rehabilitation therapists and managers from 16community health service centers in downtown and suburban areas of Shanghai as interview subjects. The centralized interview method was used to conduct the interviews, and the qualitative analysis method was used to classify and analyze the interview data. Results: After sorting out and analyzing the interview data, a total of 5 themes were extracted, which were the skills that community rehabilitation professionals should have, the forms and ways to improve rehabilitation service ability, the future development direction of the community rehabilitation, problems in the construction of the community rehabilitation centers,and the development strategy of the community rehabilitation centers. Conclusion: The community health service centers should effectively improve the construction quality of the community rehabilitation centers in Shanghai by improving the rehabilitation service ability and scientific research ability, strengthening the rehabilitation talent team construction and enriching the service connotation of the community rehabilitation centers.
