摘　　要：目的 :探讨以坐骨点穴为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 :选取2020年7月至2022年1月门诊收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用电针常规经验治疗,每次20 min;治疗组在此基础上增加坐骨点穴治疗,两组治疗均隔日1次,10次为1个疗程。比较两组疗效,治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分。结果 :治疗组临床总有效率为95.0%(38/40),高于对照组的87.5%(35/40),组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分和ODI评分均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组VAS评分和ODI评分分别为(3.07±0.28)分和(23.10±0.11)分,显著低于对照组的(5.43±0.35)分和(37.20±0.24)分,组间差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :以坐骨点为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可疏通经脉,调和气血,有效改善临床症状。Objective: To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation mainly by Zuogudian acupoints. Methods: Eighty cases of with lumbar disc herniation were treated in the outpatient department were selected from July 2020 to January 2022 and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine experience of electroacupuncture 20 min each time;on this basis, the treatment group was added the treatment of Zuogudian acupoints, both groups were treated once every other day, 10 times as a course of treatment. The clinical effects, the VAS score and Oswestry disability index(ODI) score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results:The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 95.0%(38/40), which was higher than that of the control group 87.5%(35/40), and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score and ODI score of the two groups were decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The VAS score and ODI score of the treatment group were(3.07±0.28) and(23.10±0.11), respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group(5.43±0.35) and(37.20±0.24), respectively, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of lumbar disc herniation mainly which focuses on Zuogudian acupoints can dredge the meridians,regulate Qi and blood, and improve clinical symptoms effectively.
