摘　　要：糖尿病是一种以血糖升高为特征的进展性代谢性疾病,老年人群为糖尿病患病的主流群体,严重影响着老年患者生命质量。对老年患者的糖尿病自我管理教育与支持(DSMES)能够提升其自我管理能力,有效改善糖尿病结局。2022年,中国研究型医院学会糖尿病专业委员会发布了《基层医疗机构成人2型糖尿病患者自我管理教育与支持专家共识》,为基层相关护理工作提供了统一的规范和指导。本文结合老年糖尿病人群特点,从背景及意义、概括及特点、关键点解读及临床应用思考4个方面对该共识进行解读,以期为更好地开展基层老年DSMES提供参考。Diabetes mellitus is a progressive metabolic disease characterized by elevated blood sugar, the elderly population is the mainstream group of diabetes mellitus, which seriously affects the quality of life of elderly patients. Diabetes self-management education and support(DSMES) for elderly patients can improve their self-management ability and effectively improve diabetes outcomes. In 2022, the Diabetes Professional Committee released ? Expert Consensus on Diabetes Selfmanagement Education and Support for Adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Primary Health Care Institutions ?, which provides uniform norms and guidance for related care in the primary care setting. Combined with the characteristics of the elderly diabetes population, this paper interprets the consensus from four aspects: background and significance, generalization and characteristics, interpretation of key points and clinical application thinking, in order to provide a reference for better grassroots DSMES for the elderly.
