坐位体前屈测试仪及测试方法的改进

摘　　要：针对我国目前的坐位体前屈测试仪测定的是受试者的绝对柔韧性,缺少对受试者个体差异的考量问题,采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对我国现行的坐位体前屈测试仪及测试法进行了改进,增加了移动后可固定的背和臀靠板、随游标移动的横尺、可以测量受试者直角坐姿上举手臂指端至座板高度的纵尺。改进后的坐位体前屈测试仪测定的是受试者的相对柔韧性,其避免了由于个体肢体比例差异等所带来的群体评价有失公平性问题。改进后的坐位体前屈测试仪测试方法为:测试者两腿伸直,脚蹬纵板,直角坐在测试仪座板上,测量背部贴紧靠板后上举手臂指端至座板高度H与两手臂伸直指端推动游标至最远距离L,测量结果为两者之差H-L,测量结果的数值越小表明受试者的成绩越好。The current sit-and-reach testers in China test the absolute flexibility of subjects,which lacks the consideration of individual differences of subjects.Based on methods such as literature and logic analysis,the current sit-and-reach testers and test methods are improved,adding the back and buttock plates that can be fixed after being removed,the horizontal ruler that moves with the vernier,and the longitudinal ruler that can measure the height of the finger from the right angle sitting posture to the seat plate.The improved sit-and-reach testers measure the relative flexibility of the subjects,which avoids the unfairness of group evaluation caused by the difference of individual limb proportion.The test method of the improved sit-and-reach testers is as follows:the tested personnel sit on the seat at a right angle with legs straight and feet on the vertical board,leaning close to the plate,reaching the finger up to the height of the seat plate H,and extending the fingers to push the cursor to the farthest distance L.The measurement result is H-L,marking that the lower the value of the measurement,the better the subject′s performance.
