摘  要:风扇叶片更换是高涵道比涡扇发动机外场维护的常见工作,但此工作影响风扇转子的平衡性,使得发动机工作时振动加剧、性能衰退加快。因此,生产商推荐成对更换风扇叶片,并要求在叶片更换后对风扇转子执行静态再平衡工作。详细分析飞机维护手册中基于矢量加减的作图法,梳理出风扇转子静态再平衡的具体步骤,完成作图法的公式化;再基于C++语言开发出相应的静态再平衡软件,完成其程序化。相较传统的作图法,实际维护案例中运用本文方法,能更快速、方便地计算出配平方案和残余未配平的不平衡量,且还能消除更换叶片对数目较多时繁琐的作图过程,可作为发动机生产商提供给用户的外场维护工具。实践表明该程序有效,具有较强的通用性,对其他型号高涵道比涡扇发动机风扇转子的静态再平衡工作也具有参考意义。Fan blade replacement is a common operation in the field maintenance of high bypass ratio turbofan engines, but this operation affects the balance of the fan rotor, which makes the vibration of the engine more severe and the performance degrades faster.Therefore, engine manufacturers recommend that fan blades be replaced in pairs, and a static rebalancing procedure be performed after the replacement.The drawing method based on vector addition and subtraction in the aircraft maintenance manual was analyzed in detail, the specific steps of static rebalancing of fan rotor were figured out, and the formulation of the drawing method was completed.The corresponding static rebalancing software was developed based on C++ language to complete its programming.Compared with the traditional drawing method, the proposed method can calculate the balance scheme and residual unbalance more quickly and conveniently in practical maintenance cases, and can eliminate the tedious drawing process when replacing a large number of blade pairs.The practice shows that the method and program are effective and universal, and has reference significance for the static rebalancing of fan rotors of other turbofan engines with high bypass ratio.
