摘  要:经过淬火处理后,7050铝合金材料引入内应力,降低构件尺寸稳定性,且残留的内应力测量困难,测量时间长,价格高。因此,通过数值模拟软件ABAQUS分析淬火及深冷处理后柱件的内应力与变形量。结果表明:从外层向内部,淬火内应力沿r、t、z各个方向均为压应力转变为拉应力,最外层的压应力值均大于200 MPa,位于柱件中心轴向的拉应力高达207 MPa;轴向与径向两个方向收缩变形量分别达到0.500 mm、0.254 mm,与理论计算相近;深冷处理消除内应力效果明显,最大消除量达到51%;轴向尺寸收缩量减少了0.168 mm,而径向减少了0.089 mm,提高了尺寸稳定性。After quenching process, residual stress would develop in 7050 aluminum alloy, which would reduce the stability of the component.The measurement of the residual stress is difficult, time-consuming and expensive.Therefore, the numerical simulation software ABAQUS is used to analyze the internal stress and distortion of the cylindrical part after quenching process and cryogenic treatment.The results show that in r,t,z direction, the compression stress transfers into tensile stress;the compression stress on the outermost layer exceed 200 MPa, while the tensile stress at the center of the cylindrical part reaches up to 207 MPa in axial direction.The maximum contraction is 0.500 mm in axial direction, and 0.254 mm in radial direction, which is close to the theoretical calculation result.Cryogenic treatment is effective in eliminating the residual stress, the maximum stress elimination rate reaches 51 %.The maximum contraction is reduced by 0.168 mm in axial direction, and 0.089 mm in radial direction.The dimensional stability is improved.
