摘  要:某车型在墨西哥、印度、中东出现中冷器进气管开裂故障,可能会导致发动机动力不足。采用光谱分析检测中冷器进气管材料组分,并对其进行高温爆破测试、硬度测试及剥离强度测试检验相关性能,追溯生产过程管控,同时在当地进行整车热害测试,最终查明:高温老化失效是导致中冷进气管开裂的原因。通过材料升级,并经PVT试验和整车试验验证,中冷器进气管开裂故障得以解决。The cracking failure of the intercooler inlet pipe of a certain export car appeared in Mexico, India, and the Middle East, which might cause the underpower of the engine.Spectral analysis of the material components of the intercooler inlet pipe was carried out, the performance of the intercooler inlet pipe was tested through high-temperature blasting test, hardness test, and peel strength test, the production process was tracked, and the vehicle thermal test was carried out.Finally, it was found that high-temperature aging was the cause of the cracking of the intercooler inlet pipe.Through material upgrade, PVT test and vehicle test, the cracking problem has been resolved.
