摘　　要：汽动辅助给水泵备用停运状态下,汽侧至下游消音器频繁出现金属打击声音,并且伴随泵体振动探头显示波动,最大波动至5.18 mm/s(报警值7 mm/s)。结合泵本体部件机理、消音器结构特点、系统管道等布局情况最终分析异音形成过程,消音器疏水管弯头堵塞,消音器底部凝结水堆积(自身结构特性,可积水深40 mm)与持续倒灌暖机蒸汽形成汽液变化(出现水击现象),蒸汽凝结产生压差,消音器两片消音片与限位板(本次检查已松动,存在间隙)金属碰撞。为了解决消音器异音问题,现场将疏水管道弯头切割后内部打磨清理,消音器内2个消音片与限位板焊接固定。缺陷得以彻底处理。Under the standby shutdown state of the steam turbine-driven feedwater pump, a metal knock sound would frequently appear in the side-to-downstream silencer, and the vibration probe of the pump body fluctuated, with the maximum fluctuation up to 5.18 mm/s(the alarm value is 7 mm/s).Based on the mechanism of the pump body parts, the structure characteristics of the silencer, and the system pipeline layout, the forming process of the noise was analyzed.The drain pipe elbow of the silencer was blocked, the condensate water accumulated at the bottom of the silencer(its own structural features, water depth 40 mm),the continuous flow backward of the warming-up steam vapor formed the water hammer, the steam condensation caused pressure difference, and the two pieces of silencer plate collided with the limit board(loosened, there was a gap),resulting in the metal knock sound.In order to solve the problem, the drain pipe elbow was cut and cleaned, and the two pieces of silencer plate were welded and fixed with the limit board.The defect has been thoroughly dealt with.
