摘 要:目前国内诸多干预研究已证实舞蹈治疗或其他形式艺术干预对高校大学生因精神压力大而产生的焦虑、抑郁、睡眠障碍和人际关系敏感等心理健康问题有积极影响,但对于各类艺术表达形式的整合干预模式的研究却屈指可数。本研究以心境障碍的在校大学生为研究对象,采用混合方法的探索性实验研究设计,通过舞蹈治疗联合音乐治疗的多样联合表达疗法对其实施为期6周的团体干预,旨在探索和开发适用于中国高校大学生的多样联合表达治疗模式以改善其心理健康问题。数据使用中文版SAS、SDS抑郁自评量表、汉密尔顿抑郁和焦虑量表进行收集,并以焦点小组访谈、整合干预过程及临床医生的评定对其进行多维度的定性疗效评估。结果显示,舞蹈治疗联合音乐治疗的干预模式对于大学生焦虑、抑郁、人际交往问题的改善,及自我效能感的提升均有显著效果。Evidence-based studies on college students with psychological problems suggest positive effects of arts-based therapeutic interventions.There are good reasons to consider dance therapy as a viable means to alleviate a broad spectrum of mental health issues such as stress,anxiety,depression,sleep disorders,low self-esteem and social communication disorders.Cross-cultural trends particularly encourage intermodal approaches,which also inspired the present study.A mixed-methods approach was used to conduct experimental exploratory research,which was designed to optimise intermodal expressive dance therapy as well as to estimate therapeutic effects and mental health benefits.Over a period of six weeks,students of Beijing Normal University participated in a culturally sensitive(Chinese) form of interactive dance-music group therapy which comprised artistic activities,guided self-exploration,aesthetic immersion and creative coping strategies.Quantitative data were collected through the Chinese version of SAS,SDS as well as the Hamilton Depression and Anxiety Scale,and qualitative efficacy was assessed within focus groups and through integrated evaluation processes,alongside the chief clinician’s analysis.Results suggest that interactive and mindful integrated dance-music therapy has multifaceted beneficial effects on college students’ anxieties,depression,interpersonal communication,self-efficacy and personal growth.
