摘 要:采用X射线荧光光谱、X射线衍射光谱及标准方法,对申报名称为“铸造焦炭”的样品进行了元素组成、物相组成、碳含量、硫含量、灰分含量、挥发分含量分析,同时对该样品是否属于固体废物进行了判定。结果表明,样品主要物相为非石墨化碳,样品碳含量为98.05%、硫含量为1.46%、灰分含量为0.80%、挥发分含量为0.93%。与煤炭、焦炭、石油焦、电解铝阳极碳残极等含碳类物料的硫含量、灰分、挥发分及其他元素组成等理化特征比对,样品与电解铝阳极炭块残极理化特征吻合,为废弃的电解铝阳极炭块残极。依据《固体废物属性鉴别标准通则》(GB 34330-2017),判定该样品为固体废物。The elemental composition,phase composition,carbon content,sulfur content,ash content and volatile content of the sample declared as“cast coke”were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrum,X-ray diffraction and standard methods.At the same time,whether the sample fell into the category of solid waste was determined.The results showed that the main phase of the sample was non-graphitized carbon.The carbon content of the sample was 98.05%,the sulfur content 1.46%,the ash content 0.80%and the volatile content 0.93%.Compared with the physical and chemical characteristics of carbon-containing materials such as coal,coke,petroleum coke and electrolytic aluminum anode carbon block residue,such as sulfur content,ash content,volatile content and other element compositions,the physical and chemical characteristics of the sample were consistent with those of the carbon residue of electrolytic aluminum anode,which was the waste carbon residue of electrolytic aluminum anode.According to GB 34330-2017“Solid Waste Attribute Identification Standard,General Rules”,the sample was identified as solid waste.
