摘　　要：目的 探讨高原地区无痛结肠镜检查中采用苯磺酸瑞马唑仑对临床效果的影响.方法 选取2020年9月-2021年12月在青海红十字医院行无痛结肠镜检查的患者共计150例,根据随机摸球法分成观察组(n=75)与对照组(n=75),对照组采用丙泊酚,观察组采用苯磺酸瑞马唑仑,对两组麻醉苏醒效果、血流动力学指标、呼吸指标、不良反应发生情况进行比较.结果 观察组睁眼时间、定向力恢复时间较对照组明显更短(P<0.05),药物用量较对照组明显更少(P<0.05);麻醉后两组心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)及血氧饱和度(SpO2)水平明显降低(P<0.05),观察组水平较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率较对照组明显更低(P<0.05).结论 苯磺酸瑞马唑仑用于无痛结肠镜检查中,能够减少麻醉药物用量,促进患者苏醒,减轻对血流动力学及呼吸系统的影响,降低不良反应发生率.Objective To investigate the effect of resmazolam benzenesulfonate on the clinical effect of painless colonoscopy in plateau area.Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent painless colonoscopy in Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from September 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(n=75)and control group(n=75)according to the random ball-touching method.The control group received propofol,and the observation group received remazolam benzosulfonate.The results of anesthesia recovery,hemodynamic indexes,respiratory indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Resu lts Compared with the control group,the recovery time of eye opening and directivity in the observation group was significantly shorter(P<O.05),and the drug dosage was significantly less(P<0.05).After anesthesia,the levels of heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and blood oxygen saturation(Sp02)in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the levels in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Concl us ion Remazolam benzenesulfonate used in painless colonoscopy can reduce the dosage of anesthetic drugs,promote the recovery of patients,reduce the impact on hemodynamics and respiratory system,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
