急诊床旁超声心动图在急重症休克分型的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨急诊床旁超声心动图在急重症休克分型中的应用价值.方法 选择2019年10月-2021年12月医院内收治的急重症休克患者78例作为研究对象,收集其临床资料并进行急诊床旁超声心动图检测休克类型.结果 经急诊床旁超声心动图检测,诊断检出率为89.74%,与临床诊断进行比较结果基本一致,诊断后心源性休克,低血容量性休克,分布性休克以及梗阻性休克诊断符合率分别为80.00%,77.78%,76.19%,73.68%,急诊床旁超声心动图休克各分型诊断时间均少于常规临床检测时间(P<0.05).结论 采用急诊床旁超声心动图检测检出率与临床诊断基本一致,同时该技术无创、快捷、方便,更有利于对急诊休克分型进行判断,协助临床快速诊断及治疗,缩短住院时间,对后期干预治疗具有重要意义.Objective To explore the value of emergency bedside echocardiography in the classification of acute and severe shock.Method 78 patients with acute and severe shock treated in the hospital from October 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.Their clinical data were collected and emergency bedside ultrasonic ECG was used to detect the type of shock.Result The detection rate of emergency bedside echocardiography was 89.74%,which was basically consistent with the clinical diagnosis.The diagnostic coincidence rates of cardiogenic shock,hypovolemic shock,distributive shock and obstructive shock were 80.00%,77.78%,76.19%and 73.68%respectively.The diagnosis time of each type of emergency bedside echocardiography shock was less than that of routine clinical detection(P<0.05).Conc lus ion The detection rate of emergency bedside echocardiography is basically the same as that of clinical diagnosis.At the same time,this technology is non-invasive,fast and convenient,which is more conducive to the judgment of emergency shock classification,to assist in the rapid clinical diagnosis and treatment,to shorten the hospital stay,and is of great significance to the later intervention treatment.
