摘　　要：中药炮制作为我国独有传统制药技术,伴随着中药的发现和应用而产生,传承发展至今,已经形成诸多独具地域特色的炮制流派和技术。在现代发展中,传统炮制存在技艺濒临失传、品种工艺混乱、炮制原理不清等现象,围绕上述问题,各地在国家中医药管理局统一部署下,围绕理论传承、技术传承、人才传承、文化传承和应用传承5个方面开展了大量工作,文章系统整理和概述了我国近5年来中药炮制传承工作进展,并对其当前存在问题进行深入思考并提出合理化意见,以期能为中药炮制传承创新的发展提供些许思路和建议。As a unique traditional pharmaceutical technology in China, the processing of traditional Chinese medicine came into being with the discovery and application of traditional Chinese medicine. There have been formed many processing schools and technologies with unique regional characteristics in past thousand years. In modern society, the traditional processing techniques are on the verge of being lost, processing varieties are in disorder, and processing principles are unclear. To address these issues, under the unified deployment of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a great deal of work had been carried out in the following five areas: theory inheritance, technology inheritance, talent inheritance, cultural inheritance and application inheritance.This article systematically arranges and summarizes the progress of traditional Chinese medicine processing inheritance in China in recent five years, deeply considers its current problems and puts forward reasonable opinions, in order to provide some ideas and suggestions for the development of traditional Chinese medicine processing inheritance innovation.
