摘　　要：参照现象学“生活世界”的概念,讨论了中医学的认知对象、认知语言、认知形式、认知取向,认为中医学是中华民族用自己经验的生活世界建构的知识体系,具有明显的中华民族性、本土性和文化历史性的知识图式。这一知识图式称之为中医的生活世界,中医学的学术生产首先应回归中医的生活世界。中医的生活世界是中医存在的、原创的、奠基的第一性,是确立中医科学传统地位和进行认识论探讨其合理性的有力方法。From the concept of ‘life world’ in phenomenology, this paper discusses the cognitive object, cognitive language, cognitive form and cognitive orientation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), finding that TCM is a knowledge system constructed by the Chinese nation with its own experience of the life world, and featured in a knowledge paradigm of obvious Chinese nationality, localization and cultural historicity. This kind of knowledge paradigm is the life world of TCM. The academic production of TCM should firstly focus on the life world of TCM. The life world is the primary nature for TCM to exist,to be original and to be fundamental, which is also a powerful method to establish the discipline status of TCM and to discuss its rationality by epistemology.
