摘 要:工作方式、生活环境以及老龄化进程的加快,使亚健康和慢性病人群快速增长,由此出现的问题是健康中国亟需解决的难题。而综合干预、健康关口前移、中医药保健是解决问题的重要抓手。在中医药干预中中药保健食品起到重要作用,但是目前我国的中药保健食品存在很多问题,包括同质化严重、技术壁垒低、功能单一、发展不均衡、缺乏中医理论指导、中医药优势特色不鲜明等问题,这些严重影响了中医药作用的正确发挥。文章从辨证保健理论的指导优势出发论述了中药保健食品的功能分类,中药保健食品目前存在的主要问题、如何在辨证保健理论指导下开展中药保健食品研发,在对中药保健食品发展现状及存在问题分析的基础上,从辨证保健的角度提出了研发思路,以期为推动中药保健食品高质量快速发展提供参考。The change in work style, living environment, and the acceleration of the aging process have led to the rapid growth of the sub-health and chronic disease population. The problems caused by these are the problems that need to be solved urgently in China. Comprehensive intervention, pre-disease prevention, and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) health care are essential to solving the problem. TCM health food plays a vital role in the process of health intervention. However, there are currently many problems with Chinese medicine health food in China, such as grave quality, low technical barriers, single function, unbalanced development, lack of theoretical guidance, and unclear advantages and characteristics of TCM. These problems have seriously affected the effectiveness of TCM. This paper discusses the functional classification of TCM health food, the existing issues, and how to conduct research and development under the guidance of syndrom differentiation health care theory. Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems regarding the outcome of Chinese medicine health food, the research and development ideas are put forward from the perspective of syndrome differentiation health care to provide a reference for promoting the high-quality and rapid development of Chinese medicine health food.
