摘　　要：黄褐斑的中医辨证保健是指针对黄褐斑早期、恢复期亚健康状态人群,准确辨别中医证候,采用温和、安全的干预方式阻断黄褐斑的发展。黄褐斑一般是由肝脾肾功能失司,气血运化失常,阴阳失衡,瘀血内生,精气血不能荣于面而成色斑。亚健康状态黄褐斑中医证候分型根据体质情况、临床调研及实践可以分为:肾虚血瘀证、肝郁气滞证、脾虚湿阻证、肝肾阴虚证。辨证保健、内外同治,结合发生机制采用内调外护等综合干预方法可促进机体阴阳平衡,恢复皮肤健康。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome differentiation health care of chloasma is aimed at people with sub-health status in the early stage and convalescent stage of chloasma, accurately identifying TCM syndromes, and using mild and safe intervention methods to block the development of chloasma. Chloasma is generally caused by dysfunction of the liver, spleen and kidney, abnormal qi and blood circulation, imbalance of yin and yang, endogenous blood stasis, and inability of essence, qi and blood to flourish on the face. According to physical condition, clinical research and clinical practice, the TCM syndrome types of sub-healthy chloasma are mainly: kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, liver stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome, spleen deficiency dampness stagnation syndrome, and liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome. Differential health care, internal and external treatment, combined with the mechanism of internal regulation and external care and other comprehensive intervention methods can promote the balance of yin and yang in the body and restore skin health.
