摘　　要：肾虚证是亚健康人群的常见证候,然而目前对肾虚证与亚健康状态的相关性,亚健康状态下肾虚证的证候特点及分类,含补肾类中药保健食品所属中医证型及亚健康状态肾虚证辨证保健的实践应用均有待厘清。文章围绕亚健康人群的常见证型——肾虚证,探讨从肾辨证保健的理论基础,创新性应用“异疾同健”方法分析亚健康状态下肾虚证的证型特点及含中药类保健食品的保健法则,探索“疾证结合”“同疾异健”方法在骨质疏松前期、高血压前期、睡眠障碍及记忆减退肾虚证辨证保健方面的实践应用,为亚健康状态肾虚证调理提供理论支撑,也为其他证型的辨证保健提供研究思路与方法。Kidney deficiency syndrome is a common syndrome in sub-health people. However, at present, the correlation between kidney deficiency syndrome and sub-health state, the syndrome characteristics and classification of kidney deficiency syndrome in sub-health state, the TCM syndrome type of Chinese medicine health food containing kidney tonifying and the practical application of syndrome differentiation and health care of kidney deficiency syndrome in sub-health state need to be clarified. Focusing on the common syndrome type of sub-health people-kidney deficiency syndrome, this paper discusses the theoretical basis of kidney syndrome differentiation and health care, creatively applies the method of ‘treating different minor illnesses with the same keeping health principle’ to analyze the syndrome type characteristics of kidney deficiency syndrome in sub-health state and the health care rules of health food containing traditional Chinese medicine, and explores the practical application of the method of ‘combination of minor illnesses and syndromes’ and ‘the same minor illnesses and different health’ in the early stage of osteoporosis, early stage of hypertension, sleep disorders and memory impairment, kidney deficiency syndrome,it provides theoretical support for the conditioning of kidney deficiency syndrome in sub-health state, and also provides research ideas and methods for syndrome differentiation and health care of other syndrome types.
