基于《伤寒杂病论》小便异常类症状探析人体水液循环过程

摘　　要：中医学对于机体水液循环过程的认识有别于西医学,而具有较为鲜明的思维特色。小便异常类症状可直观地反映水液循环过程中任一环节的障碍。基于此,文章着眼于《伤寒杂病论》中小便异常类症状与水液循环的病理联系。通过对原文中小便异常类症状的表现形式、病理机制与诊断意义的梳理与总结,以对水液循环过程中生化、贮调、输泄等环节发生障碍的病机作出揭示;并在此基础上,由病理达生理,归纳与呈现出中医学对于水液循环的认知特点。据此得出:水液循环过程的正常进行能够突出体现以脏腑功用与气津生化输泄密切联系而形成的相互依存与协调的中医整体观,这对于水液代谢障碍类病症的诊治,具有重要的指导意义。Traditional Chinese medicine has distinct thinking characteristics in the process of body fluids circulation,which is different from western medicine. Abnormal urination symptoms can directly reflect the obstacles in any link of body fluids circulation. Based on this understanding, the paper focuses on the pathological relationship between abnormal urination symptoms and body fluids circulation in Shanghan Zabing Lun. This paper systematically combs and summarizes the manifestations, pathological mechanism and diagnostic significance of abnormal urination symptoms in Shanghan Zabing Lun,so as to reveal the pathogenesis of obstacles in the process of body fluids circulation, such as absorption, biochemistry, storage and regulation, transportation and drainage. On this basis, from pathology to physiology, it summarizes and presents the cognitive characteristics of body fluids circulation in traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, it is concluded that the normal operation of body fluids circulation activities can highlight the interdependent and coordinated holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine formed by the combination of cooperation between Zang Fu organs and qi of the thin fluids biochemical transportation and drainage, which has important guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of water-liquid metabolism disorders.
