高树中“左病治肝”理论临床应用经验浅析

摘　　要：文章介绍高树中教授应用“左病治肝”理论在临床诊疗疾病的经验。高教授基于《黄帝内经》《四圣心源》等经典书籍中对于“肝气行于左”的论述,提出“左病治肝”的临床诊疗思路,应用多种特色望诊、切诊辅助临床诊断,确立立足于脏腑气机升降的用针用药方案。文章既是对高教授临床应用“左病治肝”理论诊疗疾病的总结,亦体现出他在中医临床诊疗疾病中对于阴阳气机升降的重视。This article introduces professor GAO Shu-zhong’s experience of diagnosing and treating diseases by ‘left disease treating liver’ theory. Professor GAO proposed the clinical diagnosis and treatment idea of ‘left disease treating liver’based on the discussion on ‘liver qi moves on the left side’ in classic books such as Huangdi Neijing and Sisheng Xinyuan.A variety of characteristic inspections and incisions are used to assist clinical diagnosis, and acupuncture and drug regimens based on the ascending and descending of zang-fu viscera have been established. The article is not only a summary of professor GAO’s clinical application of the theory of ‘left disease treating liver’ in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, but also reflects the emphasis on the rise and fall of yin and yang in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
