基于经方二旦理法探讨抑郁症之证治方药

摘　　要：抑郁症是一类以显著而持久的心境低落为主要临床特征的情志病症。文章通过梳理《伤寒论》《金匮要略》《千金要方》《千金翼方》《诸病源候论》等汉唐时期经方著作中抑郁症相似之病证与外感病之间的关系,提出抑郁症与外感病在治疗过程中可遵循中医异病同治之理论,以经方治疗外感病之阴阳二旦理法对抑郁症进行辨证施治,以期对临床治疗抑郁症提供思路与方法。其中,阳旦法可以桂枝汤类方为主,重在辛甘温煦、升阳解表;阴旦法可以小柴胡汤类方为主,重在苦寒降泄、扶阴解表;阴阳二旦合法则可以柴胡桂枝汤类方为主,即在辛温发散而解表的同时兼以苦寒降泄而扶阴。Depression is a kind of emotional disorder characterized by significant and lasting depression. This paper combs the relationship between the discussion of similar diseases and syndromes of depression and exogenous diseases in the classics of Han and Tang dynasties, such as Treatise on Febrile Diseases, Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, Qianjin Yaofang, Qianjin Yifang and General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases, and puts forward that the two can follow the theory of simultaneous treatment of different diseases in traditional Chinese medicine in the process of treatment, and treat them according to syndrome differentiation with the Yin-Yang Er Dan principle of classical prescriptions in the treatment of exogenous diseases. In order to provide ideas and methods for clinical treatment of depression. Among them, Yang Dan method can be based on Guizhi Decoction associated prescriptions, focusing on invigorating yang and diaphoresis relieving superficies by using pungent and sweet drugs;Yin Dan method can be based on Xiao Chaihu Decoction associated prescriptions, focusing on reducing the discharge of bitter cold and relieving yin;The method of Yin-Yang Dan can be based on Chaihu Guizhi Decoction associated prescriptions, that is, it can help yin by reducing the discharge of bitter cold while resolving the surface due to the divergence of purgent warm.
