试论候气针法治疗不寐的策略

摘　　要：候气针法是《黄帝内经》所传针法的精华,但由于极难掌握,故已几近失传。文章先论述了候气针法里:辨“针下气”之要;邪气、卫气、营气的辨识要点;补、泻、导的手法要点。后以不寐3案为例,试述了候气针法治疗不寐的策略。最后提出:候气针法只能从“定”(或“静”)到“动”中体悟,方能得其要领;在不寐的治疗上,建议在完成调神针法基础方针刺后行候气针法;细审病因、辨证论治、灵活取穴、候气补泻,是候气针法治疗不寐策略的细则。The qi-awaiting acupuncture technique is the essence of the acupuncture method taught in Huangdi Neijing.Because it is extremely difficult to master, it has been almost lost. In this article, the author began with discussions on the main points of the qi-awaiting acupuncture technique: the essentials of distinguishing the qi under acupuncture;the essentials of identifying pathogenic qi, defensive qi, and nutrient qi;the essentials of qi tonifying, qi reducing, and qi guiding. Then, the author took the 3 cases of insomnia as examples and described the strategy of the qi-awaiting acupuncture technique in treating insomnia.The author proposes the qi-awaiting acupuncture technique and believes that the essentials can only be obtained by understanding from ‘fixation’(or ‘quiet’) to ‘movement’. At the same time, in the treatment of insomnia, it is recommended to perform the qi-awaiting acupuncture technique after completing the basic principles of mind-regulating acupuncture. In addition, careful examination of the etiology, treatment based on syndrome differentiation, flexible acupoint selection, and reinforcing and reducing are the detailed rules of the qi-awaiting acupuncture technique for insomnia.
