摘　　要：介绍王义成创新性提出胫肿的背景,总结11组中药药对:黄芪与白术益气除湿,枳壳与大腹皮理气行水,淫羊藿与桂枝温肾通阳化气行水,猪苓与泽泻渗湿利水,车前子与冬瓜皮清热利水,牡丹皮与水牛角凉血清络,金银花与紫花地丁清热解毒,茵陈与泽兰清热利湿,马鞭草与益母草凉血化瘀,地龙与西红花活血通络,浙贝母与海藻软坚散结。挖掘王义成治疗胫肿的4种类型的临床经验。This paper summarizes eleven groups of Chinese medicine pairs, excavating four types of WANG Yi-cheng’s clinical experience in treating shank swelling. Huangqi(Astragalus Membranaceus) and Baizhu(Atractylodes Macrocephala)replenish qi as well as clear dampness. Zhike(Fructus Aurantii Immaturus) and Dafupi(Pericarpium Arecae) regulate qi as well as flow water. Yinyanghuo(Epimedium) and Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi) warm the kidney and activate yang as well as evaporate qi and flow water. Zhuling(Polyporus Umbellatus) and Zexie(Alisma Orientalis) remove dampness by promoting diuresis.Cheqianzi(Plantain Seed) and Dongguapi(Wax Gourd Peel) clear heat as well as promote diuresis. Mudanpi(Moutan Bark) and Shuiniujiao(Buffalo Horn) cool blood as well as clear collaterals. Jinyinhua(Honeysuckle) and Zihuadiding(Chinese Violet) clear heat as well as detoxicate. Yinchen(Herba Artemisiae) and Zelan(Eupatorium) clear heat as well as remove dampness. Mabiancao(Verbena) and Yimucao(Motherwort) cool blood and dissolve blood stasis. Dilong(Earthworm) and Xihonghua(Saffron)activate blood circulation and dredge collaterals. Zhebeimu(Fritillaria Thunbergia) and Haizao(Sargassum) soft hardness and dissolve lump.
