经方化裁方法探析

摘　　要：加减化裁是经方临床应用中的重要问题,文章通过分析张仲景及后世医家化裁经方的特点和典型案例,总结出随症化裁、合方化裁、减味化裁、变方存法四大类化裁方法,认为随症化裁的特点是运用灵活,但难以规范,其关键在于守仲景之意,挖掘仲景方药中所蕴含的药-症关系,并以之为指导;合方化裁能够较好的平衡经方的完整性和灵活性,方证相应理论和“古今接轨论”可以用以指导合方化裁;减味化裁的要点在于按照一定的规则对经方进行分解,将经方分解为功效单元或固定组合以单独成方或用于它方之中;变方存法超出了常规方剂化裁的范畴,对经方却尤为适用,其要点在于领悟经方蕴含的治法思想,用仲景之法而变仲景之方。Modification is an important problem in the clinical application of classical prescription. By analyzing the characteristics and typical cases of Zhongjing and later physicians in modifying classical prescriptions, four kinds of modifying methods were summarized, which were ‘modify based on symptoms’ ‘combination of prescriptions’ ‘regularly removing some components’ and ‘changing prescription and retaining therapeutic methods’. The characteristic of modify based on symptoms is a flexible application, but it is difficult to standardize. The key is to keep the meaning of Zhongjing, explore the drug-disease relationship contained in Zhongjing’s prescriptions, and use it as a guide. Combination of prescriptions can well balance the integrity and flexibility of the classical prescriptions. The theory of prescriptions correspond to syndrome and the theory of integration of ancient and modern prescriptions can be used to guide it. The main point of regularly removing some components is that it is necessary to decompose the classical prescription according to certain rules, decompose it into many functional units or specific combinations, and then become a new prescription or use it with other prescriptions. The method of changing prescription and retaining therapeutic methods is beyond the scope of the conventional prescription, but it is especially suitable for the classical prescription. The main point is to understand the thought of therapeutic methods in the compatibility of the classical prescription and modify the prescription of Zhongjing with the method of Zhongjing.
