摘　　要：引经药是中医用药的一大特色,经实践证明其临床疗效显著,具有很大的研究价值。在中医药现代化进程中,引经药受到越来越多的关注。文章筛选近15年引经药相关文献并进行整理、分析,将涉及的研究方法大致分为3种,即古籍挖掘、临床研究和实验室研究,分别阐述这3种研究方法以展现引经药研究现状。文章将后两者作为讨论重点,概括其特点及难点,提出引经药研究面临的问题及敝见,以期为引经药研究及中医药相关研究提供一定的参考。Channel ushering drug is one of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine. It has been proved by practice that its clinical effect is remarkable and has great research value. In the process of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, channel ushering drug have received more and more attention. In this paper, literatures related to channel ushering drug in the past 15 years are screened, sorted out and analyzed, and the research methods involved are roughly divided into three types,namely literature research, clinical research and laboratory research. These three research methods are described respectively to macroscopically show the research status of channel ushering drug. This paper takes the latter two as the focus of discussion,summarizes their characteristics and difficulties, and puts forward the existing problems and suggestions, in order to provide some references for the study of channel ushering drug and the traditional Chinese medicine.
