摘　　要：目的:探讨新外来中药马栗子的中药药性。方法:基于马栗子的欧洲药品管理局(EMA)评价报告及中英文文献,结合传统中医药理论,探讨马栗子的中药药性。通过药智网数据库检索马栗子EMA报告、国外药典收录、药品研发情况,中国知网、万方、维普、Web of Science、PubMed等数据库更新检索马栗子中英文文献,分析马栗子临床应用、药理作用等内容。结果:理论层面探讨总结马栗子中药药性为辛、苦,凉,归心、肝经;功能主治为活血化瘀,消肿止痛,用于脉痹肿痛,瘀血阻滞,肢体肿胀,疮疡肿痛。结论:本研究为马栗子与中药的合理配伍应用提供了理论基础。Objective: To explore the new foreign introducing Chinese medicine properties of horse chestnut seed.Methods: This study was based on the assessment report of European Medicines Agency(EMA) and Chinese and English literatures, combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, to explore the Chinese medicine properties of horse chestnut seed. The EMA report, foreign pharmacopoeia and drug research and development status of horse chestnut seed were searched through the database of the Yaozhi. Chinese and English literatures of horse chestnut seed were updated and searched on CNKI,Wanfang, VIP, Web of Science, PubMed and other databases. The clinical application and pharmacological effects of horse chestnut seed were summarized and analyzed. Results: According to the theory of TCM, the Chinese medicinal properties are:pungent, bitter, cool, the heart, liver meridian;The main functions were to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,detumescence and pain relief, which were used for vascular arthralgia, blood stasis block, limb swelling and sore swelling and pain. Conclusion: This study provides a theoretical basis for the application of concomitant Chinese medicine with the horse chestnut seed.
