五省市肺结核发病率的运气相合特征分析研究

摘　　要：目的:探索不同地域肺结核发病的运气相合特征。方法:利用黑龙江、河南、广东、甘肃、上海2004-2017年共14年肺结核发病资料,统计分析各省市不同运气相合年份的六步气位发病率数据。结果:本研究涉及的运气相合年共7类。5省市均是在太乙天符或者天符年出现肺结核高发,其中黑龙江省以太乙天符年发病率最高、天符年为次高,其他4省市以天符年发病率最高、太乙天符年为次高;5省市在天刑年、不和年发病率均较低。每个省市的不同运气相合年份之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五省市肺结核多在太乙天符和天符年高发,与运气理论吻合;不同省市发病率运气相合特征相似性较大。Objective: To explore the characteristics of the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in different regions.Methods: Data of incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in Heilongjiang, Henan, Guangdong, Gansu and Shanghai during 2004 to 2017 were used. The incidence of tuberculosis in six qi period in different year of combined yun and qi was statistically analyzed.Results: In this study, seven types of combined yun and qi year were involved. The incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in five provinces and municipalities were all the highest in the year of tianfu or taiyitianfu, among which taiyitianfu was the highest and tianfu was the second highest in Heilongjiang, while tianfu was the highest and taiyitianfu was the second highest in other four provinces and municipalities. The incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in five provinces was all lower in the year of tianxing,buhe. The differences between years of combined yun and qi in five provinces and municipalities were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in five provinces is higher in the year of taiyitianfu and tianfu,consistent with yunqi theory. There are certain similarities in the characteristics of combined yun and qi of pulmonary tuberculosis in different provinces and municipalities.
