“闪熨结合罐法”在辅助面瘫治疗中的应用

摘　　要：闪罐是拔罐的连续操作,其作为一种辅助疗法,广泛运用于面瘫的治疗。面部定罐会影响面容,而闪罐既可避免定罐的弊端又可达到罐法的作用。张虹教授在近40年的临床经验中,在传统罐法操作的基础上,进一步整理不同罐法操作特点,结合面瘫病因病机、病变部位特征,总结凝练出具有特色的“闪熨结合罐法”。文章将“闪熨结合罐法”治疗面瘫的操作进一步规范化,制定出临床标准操作流程(SOP)及辨证使用“闪熨结合罐法”,为面瘫的临床治疗提供新的操作思路,供广大医者参考。Flash cupping is a continuous operation cupping, as an adjuvant theray, widely used in the treatment of facial paralysis. It can avoid the disadvantages of cupping and achieve the effect of cupping, casting on face will effect the face. Based on nearly 40 years of clinical experience, professor ZHANG Hong storted out the characteristics of different pot methods, etiology and pathogenesis of facial paralysis, and features of lesion sites, and summarized and the characteristic ‘flash cupping combined with cupping’. In the long-term follow-up study, this paper intends to further standardize the operation of professor ZHANG Hong’s flash cupping combined with cupping in the treatment of facial paralysis and intends to write out the operation of clinical standard operating procedure(SOP), so as to provide a new operation idea for the clinical treatment of facial paralysis, for the majority of clinical scholars to learn and use.
