摘　　要：目的:为了建立分析测定克咳胶囊中吗啡含量的方法,提高克咳胶囊质量标准。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C8,流动相为0.01 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠与0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液等量混合(用磷酸溶液调pH至2.8)-乙腈(87∶13),检测波长为210 mm。结果:吗啡的线性范围为9.7943~58.7658μg/mL(R^(2)=0.99993),加样回收率为100.88%(n=6),RSD为0.57%。结论:该方法经过方法学验证,方法简单易操作、结果准确,可应用于克咳胶囊中吗啡的含量测定。In this study we establish a method for the determination of morphine in Keke capsules,so as to improve the quality standard of Keke capsules.The determination was carried out on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C8 column by RP-HPLC,the mobile phase was the mixture of 0.01 mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate solution and 0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(1∶1,pH=2.8)plus acetonitrile(87∶13),and the detection wavelength was 210 mm.The calibration curve was linear within the concentration range of 9.7943μg/mL to 58.7658μg/mL(R^(2)=0.99993),the spiked recovery was 100.88%(n=6),and the RSD was 0.57%.The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the determination of morphine in Keke capsules.
