摘　　要：为了确定60%氟啶·噻虫嗪水分散粒剂对2种天敌昆虫的毒性效应与暴露风险。采用药膜管法对七星瓢虫和螟黄赤眼蜂进行急性毒性测试,并结合相关数据和田间施药信息评估暴露风险。结果显示:60%氟啶·噻虫嗪水分散粒剂对七星瓢虫和螟黄赤眼蜂急性毒性的半致死用量LR_(50)分别为9.03 g a.i./hm^(2)、0.815 g a.i./hm^(2)。风险评估结果表明,农田内七星瓢虫和螟黄赤眼蜂的危害商值HQ_(in)分别为13.2、146,对农田外七星瓢虫和螟黄赤眼蜂危害商值HQ_(off)分别为0.912、10.1。表明60%氟啶·噻虫嗪水分散粒剂对农田内外赤眼蜂的暴露风险不可接受,对农田内七星瓢虫风险不可接受而农田外风险可接受,使用该农药时要注意对田间非靶标节肢动物的保护。In order to determine the toxic effect and exposure risk of 60%flonicamid-thiamethoxam water dispersible granules on two natural enemy insects,the acute toxicity tests on Coccinella septempunctata and Trichogramma chilonis were carried out by using the drug film tube method,and the exposure risk was assessed based on the related data and application information in the field.The results showed that the acute toxicity LR_(50) of 60%flonicamid-thiamethoxam water dispersible granules to Coccinella septempunctat a and Trichogramma chilonis was 9.03 a.i./hm^(2) and 0.815 g a.i./hm^(2),respectively.The risk assessment results showed that the hazard quotient HQ_(in) of Coccinella septempunctata and Trichogramma chilonis in the farmland was 13.2 and 146,respectively,while the hazard quotient HQ_(off) outside the farmland was 0.912 and 10.1,respectively.The exposure risk of 60%flonicamid-thiamethoxam water dispersible granules to Trichogramma chilonis was unacceptable inside and outside the farmland;the exposure risk to Coccinella septempunctata was unacceptable inside the farmland and acceptable outside the farmland.When using the pesticide,attention should be paid to the protection of the non-target arthropods in the field.
