摘 要:MRI检查无电离辐射,且可多参数、多序列、多方位成像,能提供丰富的诊断信息,其软组织分辨率高于CT,并具有磁共振水成像、血管造影、功能成像、波谱成像等独特优势。但其最大的缺点在于成像时间太长,因此各个厂家开发了多种基于不同原理的缩短成像时间的技术,且许多可以缩短成像时间的技术已应用于临床,包括并行采集成像、同步多截面采集成像、径向k空间采集成像、压缩感知MRI重建和自动协议选择技术等。本文对以上技术的基本概念和目前临床应用现状作一综述,旨在为进一步开发更多缩短MRI检查时间的相关技术提供参考依据。MRI without ionizing radiation,and multi-parameter,multi-sequence,multi-directional imaging,which can provide a wealth of diagnostic information,and soft tissue resolution is higher than CT,and has magnetic resonance water imaging,angiography,functional imaging,spectral imaging and other unique advantages.However,its biggest disadvantage is the imaging time too long.Therefore,various manufacturers have developed a variety of techniques based on different principles to shorten the imaging time,and many techniques that can shorten the imaging time has been applied in clinical practice,including parallel acquisition imaging,synchronous multi-section acquisition imaging,radial k-space acquisition imaging,compressed sensing MRI reconstruction and automatic protocol selection technology.This article reviewed the basic concepts and current clinical applications of the above techniques,aiming to provide a reference for further development of more related techniques to shorten the time of MRI examination.
