摘  要:工业机器人用谐波减速器为高精密机械产品,其研发难点在于减速机的使用寿命,本文从谐波减速机的渐开线齿形设计、齿向修型、齿形检测等方面重点阐述关键点,同时针对减速机精度及寿命指标差的行业难题,提出减速机的负载及加速模型计算方法及试验方法,将设计与试验相结合全面评估减速机设计可靠性,快速识别产品设计薄弱点,不断提升国产减速机可靠性水平,为同行业产品开发人员提供参考。The harmonic reducer for industrial robots is a high-precision mechanical product,and its research and development difficulty lies in the service life of the reducer.This paper focuses on the key points from the aspects of involute tooth profile design,tooth profile modification and tooth profile detection of harmonic reducer.At the same time,aiming at the industry problems of poor precision and life indicators of the reducer,the calculation method and test method of the load and acceleration model of the reducer are proposed.Combining design and testing,comprehensively evaluate the reliability of reducer design,quickly identify weak points in product design,and continuously improve the reliability of domestic reducers,providing reference for product developers in the same industry.
