摘　　要：墙壁插座是重要的电连接装置,在家庭、公司、医院等场所广泛使用,插座的插入动作作为消费者对墙壁插座最直接的感知体验,是消费者选择插座的重要因素。因此对墙壁插座插入力进行研究具有十分重要的意义。本文首先通过广泛全面的调研,对合适的插入力从几方面进行定义。然后对影响墙壁插座插入力的多项因素进行研究,重点分析了插座运动结构、零件材质等因素对于插座插入力的影响与设计。The fixed frame is the main bearing component of the wall switch socket,and the rigidity of the fixed frame is an important performance index to evaluate the product,which affects the user's feeling of the product.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the stiffness of the wall switch socket fixing frame.In this paper,the stiffness theory of fixed frame is firstly analyzed,and then the influence of structural factors of fixed frame on stiffness is emphatically analyzed.The results of correlation analysis are verified by the optimization scheme of fixed frame structure.
