摘　　要：光电耦合器作为一种光电隔离的器件,广泛应用于信号隔离电路、开关电路、以及电平匹配、负载接口、高压控制等单元电路中。本文介绍了光电耦合器的主要参数,分析了典型电流传输比测试方法的优劣,并设计了一种新型电流传输比测试方法。As an opto-isolated device,optocouplers are widely used in signal isolation circuits,switching circuits,and cell circuits such as level matching,load interface,and high voltage control.This paper introduces the main parameters of the optocoupler,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the typical current transfer ratio test method,and designs a new current transfer ratio test method.
