摘  要:本文拟通过综合应力加速老化试验,采用性能退化模型的方法对舰船用挠性管挠性管的寿命进行预测。旨在通过试验获取挠性管寿命信息,根据寿命特征分析手段找出挠性管失效机理,并建立性能退化模型,以达到评估挠性管服役可靠性的目的。以某两款挠性管为例,通过试验数据与分析,获得服役可靠性寿命分别为4.4年和8.2年,能满足服役与检修要求,也为日常使用与更换维修决策提供依据。In this paper,the performance degradation model is used to predict the life of flexible tubes used in ships through the comprehensive stress accelerated aging test.This paper aims to obtain the life information of flexible pipe through tests,find out the failure mechanism of flexible pipe according to the life feature analysis method,and establish the performance degradation model to achieve the purpose of evaluating the service reliability of flexible pipe.Taking two types of flexible pipes as examples,4.4 years and 8.2 years,the service reliability life are obtained through test data and analysis,which can meet the service and maintenance requirements,and also provide a basis for daily use and replacement maintenance decisions.
