摘　　要：汽车行业被广泛引用的ISO 16750-3标准中的振动试验方法,仅适用于汽车上较小的电子电气部件;而本文主要介绍另一些尺寸或质量较大的结构件、总成件通过采集分析实车路谱的方式,制定振动试验谱的方法和过程。形成覆盖汽车小的电子部件到大的总成件的多个层级振动试验方法体系。The standard vibration test method of is ISO16750-3 widely cited in the automotive industry is used for small electronic and electrical components in automobiles;This paper mainly introduces the method and process of formulating vibration test spectrum by collecting and analyzing the road spectrum of real vehicles for other structural parts and assemblies with large size or mass.Form a multi-level vibration test method system covering small automotive electronic components to large assemblies.
