摘  要:目前部队新装备订货往往存在交付周期紧张的问题,在厂检和军检中出现故障又会严重拖延交付进度。质量是军工人的生命线,不能让装备“带病出厂”。通过不断探索,我们研究出一套同时保证装备质量和交付时间的方案。环境应力筛选侧重对元器件、生产工艺、设计等早期缺陷剔除,往往是交付检验的最后一道关口。近年来我公司会同军代表探索将质量监督关口前移,把控装备技术状态。通过优化环境应力筛选中温度循环、随机振动及电应力条件,使其充分且尽早暴露装备的缺陷或隐患,把问题解决在交付部队之前。最终,我们将加强的环境应力筛选来替代厂检和军检以及质量一致性检验B组中的高低温试验,不仅能避免过度试验对寿命造成损伤,还能大幅节省资源和时间,加快装备的交付进程。At present,the new equipment ordering in the army often has the problem of tight delivery cycle,and the failure in the factory inspection and military inspection will seriously delay the delivery schedule.Quality is the lifeline of military workers,we can not let the equipment“sick to delivery”.Through continuous exploration,we have developed a set of program of equipment to ensure the quality and delivery time.The Environmental stress screening focuses on eliminating early defects in components,manufacturing processes,design and so on,and is often the last hurdle before inspection is delivered.In recent years,our company together with the military representatives to explore the quality supervision of the pass forward,control the state of equipment technology.By optimizing the temperature cycling and random vibration and electric conditions in the Environmental stress screening,it can fully and early expose defects or hidden dangers in the equipment,and solve the problem before it is delivered to the troops.In the end,we will replace high and low temperature tests in group B with optimized Environmental stress screening,which will not only avoid over-testing and damage life,but also greatly save resources and time,accelerate the delivery of equipment.
