阻隔包装材料用黏结树脂及多层复合膜研制及其性能表征

摘　　要：研制的阻隔包装用聚乙烯型黏结树脂,通过加入官能化改性高密度聚乙烯,采用聚乙烯作为多层膜的支撑层,利用多层共挤流延的生产工艺技术制备得到聚乙烯型多层共挤膜。结果表明,本方法制备得到的多层复合膜加工性能优良、透明度高、鱼眼缺陷少,特别是具有优异的黏结性能,为阻隔包装领域提供了一种性能优异的黏结层材料。实际应用测试结果表明,使用所制备的聚乙烯型多层共挤膜包装有棱角的商品,商品在抽真空拉伸后棱角边缘处的脱层问题得到了有效的解决,扩大了多层膜产品的应用范围,提高了多层膜产品的质量和效益。Polyethylene adhesive resin for barrier packaging was developed.By adding functionalized high density polyethylene,using polyethylene as the support layer of multilayer film,polyethylene multilayer coextrusion film was prepared by multilayer coextrusion casting technology.The results showed that the multilayer composite film prepared by this method had excellent process ability,high transparency,few fish-eye defects,especially excellent adhesive properties,providing an adhesive layer material with excellent properties for the field of barrier packaging.The practical test results showed that when the prepared polyethylene multilayer coextruded film was used to package the angular goods,the delamination problem at the angular edges of the goods after vacuumizing and stretching was effectively solved,the application range of multilayer film products was expanded,and the quality and benefit of multilayer film products were improved.
