摘  要:以清水型聚醚、环氧氯丙烷、三甲胺为原料,合成了反相破乳剂BH-587,探究了原料比例、反应时间、反应温度对产品性能的影响,确定了环氧氯丙烷与三甲胺摩尔比为1∶1.4,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为4 h。此反相破乳剂的制备方法简单,清水效果优异,值得推广应用。The inverse demulsifier BH-587 was synthesized from polyether,epichlorohydrin and trimethylamine.The effects of raw material ratio,reaction time and reaction temperature on the properties of the inverse demulsifier were investigated.Then suitable reaction conditions were determined as follows:the molar ratio of epichlorohydrin to trimethylamine 1∶1.4,the reaction temperature 75℃and the reaction time 4 h.The preparation method of this inverse demulsifier is extremely easy and the effect is excellent,which is worth to be popularized and applied.
