摘 要:采用数值模拟方法研究了螺旋扁管换热器节能效率。通过对相同工况和相同结构的光滑直管换热器和螺旋扁管换热器进行比较,得出螺旋扁管换热器的压力、速度、温度分布情况均优于光滑直管换热器。对三种工况下冷却水流量与壳程介质进出口流体平均温差的关系进行了研究,结果表明,单位时间内,同工况下的螺旋扁管换热器比光滑直管换热器可节省约20%的冷却水。The numerical simulation method was used to study the energy saving efficiency of the spiral flat tube heat exchanger.By comparing smooth straight tube heat exchanger and spiral flat tube heat exchanger with the same working condition and structure,it was concluded that the pressure,velocity and temperature distributions of spiral flat tube heat exchanger were better than those of smooth straight tube heat exchanger.The relationship between the cooling water flow rate and the average temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of shell medium under three working conditions was studied.The results showed that the spiral flat tube heat exchanger could save about 20%of the cooling water per unit time compared with the smooth straight tube heat exchanger under the same working condition.
