摘　　要：某钢厂现有的连铸浊环水系统排水中含有大量的氟离子,质量浓度在250mg·L^(-1)左右,为满足下游污水处理厂的接收要求,计划建设一套处理能力为50m^(3)·h^(-1)的含氟废水处理设施,处理后确保废水中的氟离子质量浓度从250mg·L^(-1)降至10mg·L^(-1)以下,截至目前,项目已建成并投入使用,且已经达到排放要求。整理了项目建设过程中的资料及运行调试数据,以期为日后同类废水处理提供参考依据。There are a lot of fluoride ions in the effluent of the existing continuous casting turbid loop water system in a steel plant.The mass concentration is about 250 mg·L^(-1),in orderto meet the reception requirements of downstream sewage treatment plants,it is planned to build a fluorine-containing wastewater treatment facility with a treatment capacity of 50 m^(3)·h^(-1).After treatment,the mass concentration of fluoride ion in wastewater can be reduced from 250 mg·L^(-1)to less than 10 mg·L^(-1).So far,the project has been completed and put into use,and have met the emission requirements.In this paper,the data of project construction and commissioning were sorted out,providing some reference for similar wastewater treatment in the future.
