摘 要:针对某1550冷连轧机振动问题,首先通过现场综合测试,捕捉到了五机架垂直振动特征;然后通过理论分析建立了带钢厚差和硬度偏差与轧制力波动之间关系;最后利用轧机振动仿真模型求解出带钢厚差和硬度偏差诱发轧机振动机制,从而解释了带钢来料缺陷诱发轧机振动问题,为解决轧机振动问题提供理论依据。Aiming at the vibration problem of a 1550 tandem cold rolling mill,firstly,through the field comprehensive test,the vertical vibration characteristics of five stands are captured;Then,through theoretical analysis,the relationship between strip thickness difference,hardness deviation and rolling force fluctuation is established;Finally,the rolling mill vibration simulation model is used to solve the rolling mill vibration mechanism induced by strip thickness difference and hardness deviation,so as to explain the problem of rolling mill vibration induced by strip incoming defects,and provide a theoretical basis for solving the problem of rolling mill vibration.
