摘　　要：介绍了连铸机扇形段冷却水管容易开裂漏水且解决困难,导致线下维修工作量大,维修困难,通过改造水管形式,运用小弯管技术进行改造,解决了原有结构设计不合理、操作空间小、焊接难度大,焊接量大、容易产生漏点、开裂漏水、修复难度大等缺点。并且达到很好冷却效果,维护方便,解决了问题,得到广泛认可。Continuous casting machine are introduced in this sector section of the cooling water pipe is easy to crack leakage and solve difficulties,lead to offline maintenance workload is big,maintenance difficulties,through transforming the pipe form,with little tube technology,has solved the original structural design is unreasonable,the space is little,the welding operation is difficult,because of large amount of welding and prone to funnelled,shortcomings and so on crack leakage and repair is difficult.And achieve good cooling effect,convenient maintenance,solve the problem.Get a lot of steel mill recognition praise.
